Description Method and device for preparing a product containing a food supplement or pharmaceutically active substance State of the art The invention relates to a method for preparing a product with a food supplement or a pharmaceutical active substance according to claim 1. The invention further relates to a device for preparing products according to the invention. A product in the context of the invention is understood to mean a product in the form of a bonbon, gummidrop or the like, which is suitable for oral intake. In particular, during the use of the goods, a nutritional supplement or pharmaceutically active substance contained in the goods is released and supplied to the body. Typical examples of such products are neck or cough bonbons, gum bonbons with additives such as vitamins, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, pharmaceutically active substances or the like. Such products are formed, for example, in the case of chocolates with forming installations, such as are known, for example, from DE 10 2004 044 505 A1 of the applicant. In such forming installations, for example, a piece of mass strand filled with an active substance in the interior is cut off and introduced between mold halves of driving wheels rotating about an axis of rotation, such that the mold halves formed for the bonbons formed in the driving wheels and thereby closing the bonbons in bringing or forming the mass portion introduced into the mold halves into the desired shape. Furthermore, so-called mogul installations are known from the state of the art, wherein using lost molds confectionery mass are formed in casting processes. The lost molds are thereby made by means of in particular starch-containing powders by means of printing molds in a molding box, wherein the liquid mass for the products is poured into the molds. After the masses have hardened, the products are easy to remove from the molds and use the starch-containing aid that had shaped the lost molds again. With the use of certain additives, but especially with the use of pharmaceutical agents in the products discussed, in addition to the increased requirements for the equipment, two problems arise which have been classified as particularly critical during preparation: first, it can lead to contamination of the process equipment by the food supplement or pharmaceutical, in particular in the aforementioned mogul installations. As a result, the adjuvant used to form the lost forms becomes increasingly contaminated with the active ingredient over the time used, so that the adjuvant cannot be reused for long periods of time. Furthermore, as is usual with mogul installations, no other product can be produced with the contaminated excipient, which makes the system not flexible. An exchange of the excipient of the entire system is associated with extremely high effort and high costs. In addition, this can lead to undesired side effects or degradation of the active substance, e.g. by oxidation processes in contact with air, lighting, etc. Revelation of the invention Starting from the state of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a method for preparing a product with a food supplement or pharmaceutically active substance, wherein the additive or the pharmaceutical agent is optimally protected against external influences and, moreover, at the same time through the protection a pollution of the installation for the manufacture of the products is avoided. This object is achieved with a method for preparing a product containing a food supplement or pharmaceutically active ingredient with the characteristics of claim 1. The invention is based on the idea of designing the product such that the nutritional supplement or pharmaceutical is only held in a central core of the product and the jacket surrounding the core protects the core. As a result, on the one hand the influence of external influences on the food supplement or pharmaceutical-containing core by the sleeve is prevented, and on the other hand, contamination by direct contact or contact of the core with the production installation and in particular the (molding) excipient is excluded. Specifically, the method according to the invention proposes that the compositions for manufacturing the products are supplied to lost casting molds, the products being formed such that by producing a food supplement or pharmaceutical active substance-containing core and a core enclosing the core substantially simultaneously sleeve, a protected arrangement of the core is made possible, and with the filling of the molds the introduction of the products follows as a result of only the sheath coming into contact with the mold forming auxiliary. Advantageous further embodiments of the method according to the invention are set out in the subclaims. Particularly preferred is a method which takes place during the formation of the core and the coating around the core with the so-called "one-shot" method. With this method, which is known per se, it is made possible, by means of two mutually concentrically arranged outlet nozzles that move relatively in the longitudinal direction of each other, to insert the core into a sleeve such that the sleeve completely encloses the core, so that no material thereof the core passes on the side of the enclosure remote from the core. A further preferred variant of the method determines that the food supplement or pharmaceutically active ingredient is mixed with a carrier substance that forms both the core and the shell. In other words, this means that both the core and the shell are made of the same material or carrier material, and that only the core contains the pharmaceutical or food supplement. With such a method, for example, tasteless shells can be produced which do not contain any sugar or sugar substitutes. This makes it possible in particular, for example, that these goods are generally not perceived by children as candy and are accidentally consumed. Alternatively, it is also possible that the mass for the sleeve contains sugar or sugar substitutes. This allows in particular the intake of pharmaceutically active substances resp. of food additives, the taste of which is experienced as bitter, for example. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the viscosity of the core is provided to be lower than the viscosity of the sheath. This makes it possible to process food additives or pharmaceutical active ingredients that would not otherwise have retained their shape without the sleeve. In particular, this does not require the use of viscosity-increasing additives or substances for the core. Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment as well as with reference to the drawing. In the single figure, this shows a part of a device for manufacturing confectionery in a so-called one-shot method using lost shapes. In the single figure, part of an apparatus 100 is shown for producing products with a food additive or pharmaceutically active substance in the form of chocolates. The device 100 is designed as a so-called mogul installation. To this end, it has, for example, a collecting container 10 formed of plastic, in which a trough-shaped container 15 is formed for each bonbon 1 by pressure or molding stamp (not shown) and by using an auxiliary substance 11 in the form of in particular starch-containing powder. For this purpose the aforementioned pressure or form stamps are pre-immersed in the container 10 which is filled with the auxiliary substance 11 and subsequently removed again. The device 100 furthermore shows a dosing and filling device 50, which is only shown in the area of its dosing head 51. In this case, each single receptacle 15 is preferably assigned a single dosing head 51, which is aligned in line with the receptacles 15 and is preferably liftable and lowerable in the direction of the double arrow 52 and, if necessary, arranged in a longitudinal direction. It is essential that the dosing and filling device 50 works with a so-called one-shot method. Such a dosing and filling device 50 is characterized in that it is suitable for the simultaneous processing of several distinct masses. In this case, a first mass in each case forms a core 2 of the bonbons 1, while a second mass forms an envelope or resp. forms a sleeve 3 for the core 2. The core 2 contains a dietary supplement, for example in the form of vitamins, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, etc. Alternatively, the core 2 contains a pharmaceutically active substance. The dietary supplement resp. the pharmaceutically active substance is generally held in a carrier substance 4 as a container for the mass of the core 2, thereby enabling a certain volume and / or a certain viscosity of the core 2. The sleeve 3 surrounding the core 2 furthermore consists of the same carrier substance 4, which is also used for the nutritional supplement resp. pharmaceutically active substance is used, or else from another substance. In particular, it may be provided that the material for the sleeve 3 contains sugar or sugar substitutes. By relative displacement of outlet nozzles and timely control of dosing pumps, it is possible by means of the dosing and filling device 50 to assemble a bonbon 1 such that the core 2 thereof is completely surrounded by the sleeve 3. In particular, it makes it possible for the dosing and filling device 50 not to pass any pharmaceutically active substance or nutritional supplement from the side of the sleeve 3 remote from the core 2 to the outside of the sleeve 3. This ensures that when the masses for the bonbons 1 are introduced into the shots 15, no pharmaceutically active substance resp. no food supplement from the core 2 in contact with the adjuvant 11 of the recordings 15 passes. This makes it possible to fully re-use the auxiliary substance 11 again, after the mass for the bonbons 1 in the receptacles 15 has cooled and the bonbons 1 have been removed from the receptacles 15. The device 100 as described and the products resp. bonbons 1 can be adjusted or changed in many ways. without deviating from the inventive idea.
